Swimming session vary between 30 and 60 minutes. Aqua bikes, aqua orbital trainers, and aqua tread mills are available for aqua underwater training, Individuals whom wish to train or do hydro therapy at their own pace can buy 30 minutes sessions which only expire after three months. For your convenience we have a coffee shop at which eats and treats and drinks are available, a toddlers play area will keep the little one busy while mom or dad enjoy a nice cup of coffee.
